I just finished reading your post. I have an organization that I will send you the website for when i have time to locate it. I think you would be very interested to learn more about their work as they are using soccer as a way to engage children in Uganda. I will be in touch very soon.

Great to know that you were in noida recently. if you are coming for the CRIP conference we can sit and talk more about it. Yes participation and recreation are two important issues ( as i gathered from your previous comment in the network) which are unfortunately always restricted /rather absent for our children.
