Greetings ALL ! I have been part of the Working Group on General Comment 13 (Article 19+) to the Committee on the Rights of the Child, co-chaired by Stuart Hart & Susan Bennett, and also Philip Cook - and we are beginning to design an Implementation Handbook / Resource Guide for this. I'll be Managing Editor - and will be looking for Good & Best Practice Programs, Policies, Systems & Research/Information/Models /Tools, etc. I think this group could be a great resource. What do you think?
